Fascism is on the Left

Updated: Sep 3, 2020

Young #Antifa members seem to think that Fascism is on the Right and that #Trump is a #Fascist. Turns out that Fascism is actually on the Left, not the Right.

History of Left Covering Up Their Crimes

First I'll just clarify that the Left does this with everything. They try to get out from under the guilt of what they’ve done throughout history so they try to spread the blame or place it elsewhere. All 4 million slaves were owned by Democrats and not 1 Republican owned a slave in 1860, just before the Civil War.

Technically there were a few outliers, mostly Democrat slave owners, that lived near the Dixie Line and were afraid the Union troops would seize their property so they quickly tried to coverup their party and registered Republican in hopes to not be caught and capable of keeping their land. There may even be a couple cases where someone "inherited" slaves when their aunt or mother or father in another state died. All in all though, the 4 million slaves were owned by Democrats and Republicans were unequivocally the Abolishinists.

In general, the Democrats will often say, "well there's plenty of blame to go around." ...excuse me? No.

There is only one party to blame and that is the Democrats. Me personally, the author of this blog, I'm not even a Republican. History is history though and I'm not going to make excuses for Democrats or let them get away with their lies. This is one of the greatest lies ever told. They want us to think it's "the white man" or "America". No. It's exclusively the racist Democrats. Republicans didn't own slaves and they sacrificed over half a million troops to fight and win the war that ultimately ended slavery.

Similarly the narrative about Fascism is the same.

Socialism = The State Over the Individual

Here’s the most important Right/Left principe that makes it very clear which side of the political spectrum Fascism is on:

  1. The Right is for SMALL AND LIMITED GOVERNMENT and

  2. The Left is for BIG GOVERNMENT and government intervention into just about everything.

Fascists are for the state over the individual. Fascists are first and foremost SOCIALISTS who are opposed to the free market and individual liberty.

Giovanni Gentile

One of the most influential philosophers of the early part of the 20th century was an Italian philosopher named Giovianni Gentile. He is the person who came up with the ideology we now know as Fascism. In his premise he believed in two diabolically opposed forms of Democracy. On one side:

  1. LIBERAL DEMOCRACY (which is what America is more closely aligned with) and he believed that form to be too individualistic- too centered on liberty and personal rights - and therefore selfish.

  2. TRUE DEMOCRACY- And the second form, which he subscribed to, which he called True Democracy is where individuals willing subordinate themselves to the State.

Gentile was a committed Socialist and for him Fascism was a form of Socialism. Karl Marx was his philosophical mentor and he believed that what he had come up with (Fascism) was Marx’s (Communist/Socialist) ideology's “most workable form”.

While the socialism of Marx mobilizes people on the basis of CLASS, Fascism mobilizes people to their NATIONAL IDENTITY AS WELL AS THEIR CLASS.

Fascists are SOCIALISTS WITH A NATIONAL IDENTITY.

German Fascists of the 1930s were Nazis (National Socialists, thats what Nazi means). Hitler also said he was a Marxist and only disagreed on Moscow being the center of power. Naturally, Hitler was a Fascist cause he was a “National Socialist“ (again that’s what Nazi means) who’s identity was German, not Russian.

The Italian Fascist who brought Gentiles ideas to fruition, Mussolini, said in his La Dottrina Del Fascimo: “All is in the State and nothing human exists or has value outside the State.” He was merely paraphrasing Gentile.

“All is in the State and nothing human exists or has value outside the State.” - Mussolini

The modern Left in America closely parallels precisely Gentiles philosophy. Progressive Democrats have vastly expanded State control over some of the biggest industries of the private sector:

  • health care

  • banking

  • education

  • and energy

This State directed pseudo - “capitalism” is precisely what German and Italian Fascists implemented in the 1930s. Leftists have tried to bury the history of Gentile cause that would undermine their attempt to label Conservatism with Fascism.

Fascism is a Form of Socialism, Not Capitalism

The most important tenant of Fascism is it's relationship to Socialism, not it's relationship to Nationalism. Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela, and Winston Churchill were all Nationalists with a strong national identity, yet were not psychotic killers who killed their own people.

Where we have seen this type of behavior though is with Socialism , i.e. Statism, aka Communism/Marxism. That is where we've seen mass murder by the State over it's own people. In fact, just in the last century 262 million people were killed, almost all of them by Marxist countries and almost all of them killed by their own governments.

Russia, China, and Germany alone were responsible for the mass murder of more than 162 million people of that 262 million number and the remaining less than 100 million was a mixture of a lot of smaller nations, most, if not all, of which were also Marxist regimes: Cambodia, Vietnam, North Korea, Yugoslavia, etc....

So, although Nationalism is one ingredient in Fascism, it is actually the ideology of the State over the individual that causes mass murder, not a love for country.

...it is actually the ideology of the State over the individual that causes mass murder, not a love for country.

The modern Left has tried to convince a whole new generation of Americans that patriotism is bad. No it is actually the collectivist, Statist ideology of the Left that is bad. It is the Leftist ideology of the State over the individual that causes the tyrannical mass genocide, not the ideology of the Right whereas the Individual is above the State. That leads to individual liberty and freedom. The only cause on earth worth fighting for.
